It pans around for a minute, and then Dany appears, clothes and hair immaculate as those who've since met her may be accustomed to seeing by now. The expression on her face is cool out of habit, though her head is tilted, indicating that she's open to conversing, and curious. )

Prior to my arrival here, I cannot say there has been a single occasion upon which I've had to prepare or cook my own food. Not even when we crossed a desert.

( And then her expression twists, pinching into something remotely sheepish and rueful. )

Would that it were otherwise. I'm no great talent with this oven or stove; nor even with wood and flame. But I would know what sort of dishes you favoured back home, and if you might share toe recipes for them, if you know them.

—other than honeyed locusts, anyway. ( If they're to someone else's taste, fine; but yuck. ) I intend to learn.

What manner of sauce would one make with a fruit — some manner of preserve or jelly?

( Yeah, this is confusing. )

Cook made jam at Winterfell, but there are other sorts of things. The red sauce we put on the potatoes at the place with the berry cakes: that's a tomato sauce. It says so.

It did say that, you're right. That should be easy enough to find at the market. Until he sends me a recipe, though, I don't know what else I'll need.

You could probably find the dough at a grocery store or something. And you can definitely get a whole frozen pizza there.

Or just throw the ingredients on top of, like, a bagel.

Do such ingredients often cause a mess, like baking soda?

( She isn't sure what either that or yeast are, but she knows her device well-enough to look them up later. Her image disappears for a moment as she pulls up her note-taking app to write down how she believes they're spelled.

The goal of this is to wean myself off of premade food, but I do appreciate the suggestion.
