If someone took control of you, it does not mean that you are bad. It simply means that you were weak.

You get rid of it by becoming stronger.

How do you become stronger without becoming too proud?

You train. And you fight. And you do not always win, but you keep fighting. Because you fight for a worthy cause.

[ Even with the minimal training Jon has gotten and his powers, Jon doubts he's going to get stronger than . . . say, Doomsday or Manchester Black. ]

I don't think that'll work for me until I get older.

What's a worthy cause?

If you start when you are young, you will become truly strong. I did.

Protecting those you care about. Righting injustices. Saving the world.

[ Angela's surprised by that. But not too surprised. Asgardians are pretty strong, too. ]

Then strength of body is not what you need to train. You need strength of heart, and of mind.

Yeah!! That's the part I'm stuck on. Like if I was stronger mentally, I would be able to beat any kind of mind control right?

You would be able to resist, yes.

So how do I do that? Can you show me?

I have no ability to invade your mind. If you could find a psychic in whom you trust, perhaps you could entreat them to train you by practicing resisting their control.

Do we have any of those?

I do not know. There are others who have been here longer than I have. Perhaps they might.
