[This had been prompted by questions from others, making offers to help, and from Shiro and Keith talking to each other about said previous conversations.

So Shiro has decided to formally make the post. With Keith in the video as well since it is for both of them. So he had set up the video feed in their living room with Keith next time. If someone tried very hard, they might might see some animal of some sort sleeping on the stairs, only because animals didn't understand this was serious business and needed to be out of the shot. The lions luckily did.]

Hello, Quarantine. For those for those of you who don't know us, I'm Shiro and this is Keith. So we've received some requests from others for help recently so we wanted formally offer. We will be offering personal training sessions for anyone interested. Anything from learning to how to use the weight equipment to weekly training to sparring sessions both for those who have experience and those who don't.

[Keith glanced at Shiro for a second and then added a little at the end.]

We can work with you at the gym or here at the house if you don't want us to beat you up in public.

[He smirked a little, just teasing the audience.]

[ Lizzie debates responding to the post for quite a while. This world seems like a nice enough place, and they're learly surrounded by capable adults...but more than anything, She wants to be able to protect Ciel no matter what happens. She can't do that if she slacks off on training. ]

Do you do any sort of fencing or sword work, might I ask?

I've been doing it since I was quite young, actually! [ She'd be considered a fencing genius in her time, but who knew how different things were so far into the future? Even now, she's still surprised the initial response hadn't been disbelief at a girl wanting to do it. ] I'm afraid I've badly slacked since being here, and there's someone I want to protect, so that simply won't do.

What kind of sword fighting have you done? What kind of blade?

I fence, and I've primarily used fencing swords because of it! Though I've found little trouble in using an actual sword when I've needed to. [ which thankfully hasn't been often. ]

Well, I haven't done anything with fencing specifically, but if you want to learn something a bit harder than a fencing foil, I can show you how to handle something more similar to what I use.

I've been thinking about it for a while. I love piloting my mech, but sometimes I see you guy kicking butt just by yourselves and I want to be able to do that too! Get to punching and kicking things. It sounds awesome.
