Where I was before kids got taken in by someone, but they have a system in place here. A lot of the kids are already taken care of, and apparently a bunch of the kids you're seeing right now aren't even kids. A friend of mine wound up a little younger than he's supposed to be, so anyone without a guardian probably doesn't need one normally. Hopefully they'll go back to normal soon.

[Not sure how long those kids are going to remain kids, but these things were usually temporary.]

It wouldn't be a bad idea to set up an organization kids can go to have fun with each other and feel safe. What's a big brother... big sister scheme?
