[Ronan can't say he's entirely surprised at the offer but he still gives Cisco an appraising look. He looks pretty down, which doesn't make sense to him. Maybe he just really wants to find a cute pet but mostly helping just seems to be Cisco's thing. Perhaps this on its own isn't enough to count for his good deed of the day.
