[ The camera comes on revealing a young man with unruly hair and an easy smile. He chuckles to himself, pleased the communications device is like the ones he's accustomed to... for the most part. Talking to a nameless, faceless group is a little different than he's used to. Before he says anything, something a little helpless and a little embarrassed flickers across his face. When he finally speaks, there's a faint lilt in his voice that easily identifies him as Irish (at least to those familiar with the accent). ]

I seem to have lost my partner on the way here. If anyone sees a little orange robot rolling around, about... [ He gestures with his hands to indicate roughly the size of a volleyball. ] this big, answers to 'Haro', could you let me know?

[ Oh, right. It's an open network, not like the secure one he used to communicate with other members of Celestial Being back home; he needs to identify himself. For a second he looks abashed, then smiles again. ]

The name's Lockon Stratos.

[ Why, yes, he is making finger guns before leaning in to turn off the feed. ]

Tony is currently in the workshop (which surprises no one really), hair wild with a pair of goggles shoved in them and his arms are streaked with grease and a few burn marks from the soldering iron. the chaos of his working is evident all around him in the sight of wires and metal and projected blueprints.

Rolling robot? Is that the new design or something? Is it energy efficient or some weird cosmetic fad?

[ He sees what you're doing there. Good thing he has lot of experience being everyone's big brother, so he's not too easily ruffled. ]

[ Should he be concerned at this sight? That looks a little... messy. At least nothing's on fire in the background. ]

It's not new. Not for me at least. I guess it's to make them more versatile? They're able to dock with a variety of machines and manoeuvre on Earth or in space.

[ He's got mixed feelings about this post being the first he sees on this new network. For starters, it's been quite awhile since he's seen that face. Either of them, and besides that it has been awhile but he can't get a solid read on who he's dealing with.

In his experience, Haro was more Neil's thing. But something like that sign off was way more Lyle's style. ]

[ Well, Haro's not just a robot. It's got an AI, hence it's charming personality. Haro's not a pet, he's actually more like a co-worker. Lockon isn't joking when he calls Haro 'partner'

A thoughtful look crosses his face. He assumed Haro had come along, but since Dynames didn't magically appear here, too, maybe Haro's still back home with the Gundam. ]

I'm not.

[ That's a little distressing, but at least Dynames is in good hands if Haro is still there. ]

It's curious, but then, a lot of things are and two months in Quarantine is hardly enough time for someone from an age like her own to become familiar with the wide variety of mannerisms present about the place. That smile of hers is honest, though, and her own voice carries a similar accent if a little thicker, a little older mayber. ]

What interesting names! I'll keep a look out for your partner, then. If you haven't, you might want to check with the Perimeter Guard to see if they've come upon... him?

[ Do automatons even have genders? 'Him' feels better than 'it,' anyway, and he did say 'partner'. One wouldn't call a toaster as much, she supposes. ]

Well, the best we can do is keep an eye out. You don't have a way to communicate with him, or something?

[He didn't really gather the specifics of Haro, he can't even keep how his own limbs work straight.]

Um, besides being orange and that size.

No. [ He says it with amusement. ] Smarter people than me made Haro. Robotics isn't really my area of expertise.

[ Round, orange, and awesome is all anyone really needs to know about Haro. That's the best description Lockon would be able to give. ]

Normally I would, but it looks like the comms we used before don't work here.

Yeah, robotics is lame.

[ Token jab for all the Starks stalking his interactions on the network. ]

What is your area of expertise, Lockon Stratos?

[ Short answer: people are strange (and Lockon is a little bit of a secret nerd, shh!). No doubt he's going to encounter his fair share of oddities here, too. He can't help a giddy little smile at the sound of her voice. Always nice to run into your own people. ]

I wish I could take credit for them. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have to check with them once I'm settled.

[ Technically, they don't have genders (as far as Lockon knows, Haro's never expressed a pronoun preference). Lockon thinks 'it' seems too impersonal and 'they' would get confusing since there are actually multiple Haros. ]

[ Wow, asking the hard questions there, Yuuri. Lockon's too used to his immediate circle know exactly what a Haro is. ]

There's sort of a wavy line around him that makes it look like he's got a mouth. It's right under his eyes, which light up when he speaks. Um... he's got flaps that looks like circles on the top and bottom when they're not moving.

[He's not at all experienced in dealing with robots, but it sounds almost...cute, in a way.]

I can help you ask around the markets when I'm there later. There's always a lot of people there. If your partner went through that area, someone would have seen him.

[A pause, before he hesitantly speaks up again.] Have you tried asking the people at orientation?

[ Haro is very cute! Lockon's more than a little worried that if someone finds him, they might try to keep him! He's sure Haro wouldn't accept it quietly, though. ]

[ He makes a sound that isn't quite a laugh, but not quite a sigh either. ]

I should've asked. I was a little disoriented by ending up here.

[ He's not sure if he actually believes it, but this place is making him take things at face value. ]

I'm not exactly sure. I just got here, so I need to see about some things. Have you been here long?

[He probably should have considered that, honestly - but by that logic it almost seemed odd that Haro still functioned normally.]

Well, if he's here I'm sure he'll find you. If someone else doesn't locate him and get you reunited first. Any ideas where to even begin looking?

[ He looks thoughtful for a moment, thinking over all the options and suggestions he's been given. ]

Maybe check with the orientation team to see if he arrived with me. If not, the Perimeter Guard. If they haven't seen him, I might have to accept he's not here.
