One of the things people don't do often is talk about the good things they've done or have right now. Sometimes being away from home is hard, so sharing helps!

So what's one good thing in your life right now? Yesterday, I got a cat out of a tree! It wasn't very happy but the owner thanked me a lot.

You know what, better idea. You should see if they have an arcade here. If they do we could hit that up after I get paid, bring Damian and Dick, make a day out of it.

It sounds like fun but would Damian be okay with that?

Probably not. That's why I said Dick. I'll give the money to Dick and he can take you guys.

[ The batlife is really weird sometimes. Some things are okay, some are not and it always feels like a minefield. ]

Are you having a hard time with Damian?

It's nothing like that, I'm not having a hard time with Damian.
If I was I wouldn't be offering this. I'm just busy with work and want to see that you two have fun.

[ He's lying, but hes's pretty sure he's the problem in this situation not the other way around. ]

I work for the Guard, and my flatmates are organizing a huge exploration thing I offered to help so it keeps me busy.

What are you guys exploring? Is it dangerous?

Some kind of sleeping god. I don't really know, it probably is dangerous but that is what makes it fun.

Dangerous is fun now?

To me, dangerous is always fun. Even when I was probably your age I had a bit of a problem with getting into trouble. It's not for everyone.

I guess. I thought Batman would be super controlling about that kind of stuff though. My dad is.

He is, he didn't exactly, and still doesn't approve of what I do. I'm my own man, always have been. I am a terrible role model so don't do anything I do.

That's okay.

Batman doesn't like me either.

I knew he had a few screw's loose these days. How can he not like you? Ignore him, as long as you and Damian are cool that's what matter's right? Never let your best friend go.

[ He felt like a jerk even typing it. He doubted Roy would ever forgive him and here he was giving a kid the opposite of what he had done. ]

He's not wrong.

[ It took him a while to get that, but Manchester Black hammered the lesson in well. ]

I'm dangerous and not really good for other people.

What makes you say that, kid?

[ He didn't like the idea of Bruce making a kid sad. All the bad childhoods they all had, how could Bruce rain on Clark's kids parade? ]

There's a lot of words I want to type in response to that, but I really don't want Superman trying to shove a bar of soap down my throat. So I'll PG This. Don't let B make you feel bad for being you. You have to learn to work your powers, were all dangerous in some way or another. If Damian trusts you, then your fine. Forget everyone else. Okay? And I'll punch B in the jaw for you if he shows up here. I promise.

It's not really his fault. I blasted him accidentally one time and he wasn't too happy about it. But he tried to help me when Manchester Black came.

Like I said, he's not wrong. I'll get the hang of it eventually.

Punching Batman seems like a bad idea. He looks like he could hold a grudge FOREVER.
