( after erasing and rewriting his response numerous times to keep the nerding out to an absolute minimum-- )

If you want to simplify it, 'Asgardians are gods' isn't technically wrong. There are Asgardians who aren't gods though. Not in the same sense one would consider Odin or Thor a god. Asgardian(Aesir) gods were more prominently worshiped during the Viking age by Scandinavians. When Christianity became more prominent(on my Earth at least), many Scandinavians converted to Christianity. By the 13th century it was pretty much wiped out as a religion, but survived to be preserved as written text. It's speculated that they started out on Earth when the giant known as Ymir came to Europe with Audhumbla and discovered Buri(firstborn Aesir) in ice, who had children with one of Ymir's offspring. Although other sources say they found him in Niffleheim.

I'm not an expert or anything, you could probably ask one of the Asgardians around here.

I dimension-hopped a decent amount back home and can confirm there were several different corners of the multiverse with Kree and Skrull. That could just be my corner of the multiverse, though. There are Symbiotes, Dire Wraiths, Celestials--more than I could name off.

But I guess it depends on how much space exploration other Earths have gone on, or who has landed on their planet. Or if they even exist. Considering how many planets there are in the universe and how widespread it was, I wouldn't be surprised if there are many Earths that have never witnessed other lifeforms from different planets or different dimensions or realms.
