[Cable doesn't waste much time signing in to Riverview's network, opting for audio as a means to announce himself.]

New arrival to the Quarantine. Name's Cable. [He pauses for a moment. He's checking stuff out as he roams around, both in the scenery and the network itself. He's been in different periods of time and has been dumped randomly in places before. So excuse him if he sounds fairly casual about all of this.]

Guessing there's no known way out of this place, right? [At least they aren't restricted to just the city/town by the look of things. A little exploring might do him some good, then.]

I mean, [Freya replies in a light thoughtful tone.] You can technically close your eyes and jump back into the portal but there is no guarantee that it'll go back to your world.

Can I ask why you want to get home or is it super personal... on the same side it might be super obvious. I mean brought to a new place against your will, etc. I just figured it was worth asking since you wanted to ask, you know, everyone.

[That's..not a horrible question. Definitely unexpected. He's just wandering around though, so he'll bite.]

As for the exploring, you should be careful beyond the wall. There's tons of creepy stuff there.

Oh that's a good one. I think, I happen to be one of those sad few who's deathly allergic to chocolate.

[To be fair, their universe is fairly casual about all sorts of Really Weird Shit, and she's while she's experienced his time traveling antics previously, it does not bode well that he's here.

People have disappeared, but ah ain't heard where they go. [She pauses with a frown. The information she has about that is spotty at best.] You come bearing bad news Cable?

[She also texts him a location of an access point to beyond the wall. In case he wants a tour with an in person run down.]

[Interesting bit of info there. Something for him to look into one day, perhaps.]

[He's gonna head to that access point now and responds saying as much.]

[Since Rogue's currently in the City, it doesn't take too long for her to fly to the location and perch on the wall to keep an eye out for the familiar form of the other mutant. She's out of uniform, but wearing gloves and sturdy boots with her jeans and t-shirt. Comfortable and practical. Well, necessary in the case of the gloves.

When she sees him approaching, she floats herself down to the ground and offers him a welcoming grin. No matter what time he's from, it's good to see another familiar face.]

Hello Nathan. Dare ah ask what you remember last?

[He has the decency to offer Rogue a slight nod of the head and a bit of a smirk in response. No matter if they were on the same side or opposing ideals wise, she was still beyond easy on the eyes.

More-so than the gruff Cable was of course.]

Would be understandable, in my case. I was in the future with Hope. Raising her.

[Despite the unimaginative username this is not the Cap you know, Cable. Not that anything gives that away at first, unless you're that good at distinguishing the minute differences in voices. Like the fact that he sounds younger.]

People disappear sometimes. There's never much warning. But sometimes they come back and it turns out they were just returned home for awhile. Can't say if that's what happens every time though.

[He hears the youth, but to him Cap is usually (reliably) Cap. Cable won't be making a fuss about it. To be honest he can't help but feel a little relief at the sound of his voice and the knowledge of who it is speaking; though to be honest he already knows some of who's here.

Public network records and all that jazz. Just to see if any names were familiar...or trouble.]

Captain.

[He can hear the familiarity in Cable's voice, the mutant not disguising it. Steve Rogers is one of the few people in the history of the world that is genuinely worthy of respect.]

There's no pattern to it?
