Not that I've seen. Not a big call for them, as I'm sure you've noticed.

You wouldn't be the first person to create something new here, they don't mind new businesses, I don't see them minding if you wanted to try and get a church running.

I imagine there are resources for that sort of thing, it might be worth your while to speak to someone running one of the churches for the local religion- I imagine they'd be able to point you in the right direction for someone familiar with the ins and outs of the legalities of what you're looking to do, which would make the whole thing a lot easier and give you some idea of what you'll need to make it happen.
