That's a good question actually. Maybe like... a public tiling project? Throw up some cameras? Tell people to go wild with grout and tiles? God, then I bet that would bring out a lot of crazy chaotic tiling freaks.

It should obviously have some sort of damask pattern or something, with one piece of it just slightly off kilter. You know, for that true villain chaotic look that this person was clearly going for.
