[ A longer pause. She's processing. It's a lot. ]

Not as of yet. I have been told the visions of the undead here are either costumed actors or technological illusions, but none that should harm you in real life.

As far as I am aware, there is no set for specific deities or spiritual figures, but instead is more for the general denomination.

You may try some of the shops for sage and sweetgrass. I could not tell you where to find powdered silver.

Costumed actors or illusions... [ There's nothing about her voice that suggests she believes that. No specific places for deities, not just her own, is a little worrying as well... what sort of place is this? ]

I'll ask around the marketplace, I'll need the silver more than the sage if they become violent.

Having encountered some and only getting startled at worse, I can speak from experience. Also, some of the masks are very obvious. [She imagined that was part of the fun, or at the very least reassurance that it was a costume.]

You may very well try, but I have been here for eight months. While there are dangers here, they are often from the beasts outside of Quarantine or are made by humans, not creatures.

So the city here- it really is secure?

Nothing of what you might call 'supernatural'. It is true that some individuals here are 'gifted' with supernatural abilities, but not in the way of ghouls or spirits.

[She knows that tone of voice, but concludes the woman is a newcomer: she will learn soon enough.]

I..[She pauses, realizing she must word her answer carefully.] This far, this place is secure, but there are parts of the barrier that are prone to weakness from the outside, which is part of what the Guard is employed. You cannot also discredit that some groups of humans inside do not always have the best intentions.

There seems to be a very- strange collection of people and abilities here.

[ It's probably good that she hasn't opted to use video, as it hides her gentle nail chewing as she listens and thinks. ] Well, most races have those groups, no matter where you go. [ And honestly, there's something akin to relief in her voice when she says that. ]

I cannot argue against that knowledge, but I can say that after a period of time, it becomes general knowledge. As for the latter of what you said, that, unfortunately is also true.
