He'd also kind of assumed there wouldn't be any actual Avengers here. So he'd given them his wiki-editing handle, and he maybe regrets it a lot now, but at least he can make this post without his real name attached, or he probably wouldn't make it at all.]

Just a question, but if you knew someone here could tell you about your future... would you ask them about it? Would you want to know, or not? Would it make a difference if they seemed pretty uncomfortable about it?

[He's not sure he does want to know, honestly. But at the same time, Billy is being just a little weird about it, and maybe knowing would be better, in case he lets it slip later anyway. He just can't decide.]

Not personally. I just know it's really not that uncommon, and a few of the times it's happened, at least the famous ones. But how it works? That's for people a lot smarter than I am, sorry. Why?

I think there's a few ways. Kang the Conqueror is a big Avengers bad guy, and he has future technology, but I think there's a few people who can do it with their powers, or with magic, or just accidentally. Maybe it does exist where you're from, and you just haven't met anyone yet?

[Kang the Conqueror is... also sometimes called Nate, when he's a teenager and Teddy's friend, but that's a different topic entirely.]
