he still doesn't know. without Yuri framing it, there are too many possibilities, and he's not going to chase after them all looking for an answer. he's said it several times over: they're there, once Yuri wants to reach out his hand toward them.

they've gone halfway. Yuri has to decide if he ever wants to meet them where they stand or not. it's not easy, and Victor won't say he feels great about it, but he doesn't believe in arguing, won't come down to Yuri's level, doesn't have Yuri listening to him at all.
