So this Surveyor job is pretty cool and all, but as a guy who has a bad time with idle hands I figure I could put my name out here a little bit and see who needs what, so here goes :

If anyone's in need of a mechanic to fix something up real quick, or even to build you a little something you can't find in stores here, let me know. I like tinkering and making bikes and cars loud as I can, that kinda thing.

Also pretty good with computers, if that's more your deal. Building, programming... hacking.

I can even send viruses to your exes if you want but you'll never be able to pin me for it.

All your usual stuff.

Oh, and, does anyone have any idea of a place that sells motorcycles or even a frame I can start building off of? A guy needs wheels around here.

Yeah I've noticed there's not many people motorin' around which is.. pretty stupid if you ask me. So I'm intending to change that. Even if no one else once a cool motorcycle, I do, so I'm gettin' one.

Uh, well, can't say I've ever messed with those but I have yet to meet a piece of machinery I couldn't figure out so.. I could take a look.

Well that's my thought but there's this weird thought that I'm too new to be on my own just yet. As if my skinny ass hasn't scurried out of tighter holes in my time. [ Granted, Duo, they don't know that your former job title was 'Pilot of Gundam Deathscythe Hell' AKA terrorist. Give them a break.

There's a low hum as he says his hand is the problem point - Duo's never really gotten to experience working with cybernetics. They weren't all that common, where he was from, even considering that they built kids from the ground up in tubes. Of course, there was Doctor J and his creepy eyes -

Well, I'll be honest I haven't really worked with cybernetics or what not before. Closest I ever came to that was fixin' small connections issues in my old buddy, but uh.. I can at least give it a look. I haven't met much I wasn't able to suss out with a little poking around.

Hff. Probably more like they want to keep an eye on you so they know what you're good at. So they can counter it if you get....uppity.

Well. Good luck to them if that's what they wanna get up to. If OZ and the Alliance couldn't stop me this place ain't gonna. [ he's a little cocky, sure, but he thinks he has good reason to. As a Gundam pilot you learn a lot of things, mainly to be confident about things that you should be and hesitant when your gut feels such a way. Trusting your gut was about the most important thing a guy could do.]

Well after a battle or two he'd always need a tune up or two. Nothing major you know... Gundanium being Gundanium. [ Not cybernetics but .... explaining a Gundam might be a little weird. ]

Worse things they could do than just 'stop' you.

So, what? You into some kind of robot boxing? [Sounds better than the Blood Bowl, at any rate. Everything's about entertainment. ]

Robot boxing? No, but I'd be down to try it. I fixed some mobile suits during a war ...

No point being alive if someone isn't trying to kill you.

[At least that's his philosophy. Or rationalization. Or something.]
