Guess that's a good thing of not having any family left alive, I can grab the more intense missions.

Yeah, figured there'd be magic around here, given how they literally bring people back from the dead.

Well. Anything attacks me outside the wall, I'm putting it down. At least stopping it in it's tracks if I don't kill it. So do you wanna elaborate a bit?

[Alec isn't quite sure what to say to the first text. Condolences always seemed worse when... he's not going to think about that, especially when the second text mentions coming back from the dead. There's too many curious people in his household.]

Family is more than just blood.

I haven't figured out if that's magic or science.

Inside the walls there's a dragon. It's harmless. There's probably vampires and werewolves here. Magic users that might be seen as dangerous in other realities.

Yeah well, my family, blood and not blood, are dead. So. Doesn't matter.

And mostly I'm wondering whats danger there is, not what weird ass people or non-people there are.

How do you know you're not talking to some of those 'weird ass people' right now.

Most of the dangers we've encountered were what we assumed was native wildlife. The rest was whatever magical glitches that seem to happen around here.

I'm not sure if the cause is magical or scientific or a combination of the two.

We had people lose memories before. It was plant based from the mission reports. There's also other things going on with memories but I haven't heard anything about the cause.
