Luckily the mess was relatively confined. I felt pretty bad, though, my instructor at the time...he tasted it. And the look on his face... [She can't quite help the curiosity--it's one of the ways in which she's managed...even with her penchant for shopping, after all, but she's also not alone...she has family here with her.

And even with the request for a moment Izzy doesn't miss a beat or seem phased, just continuing.] Once you've got everything you crack the eggs into your bowl--however many you want to eat--and add in just a splash of milk and salt and pepper to your taste. So, if you like spicy, but not salty focus more on the pepper and vice versa. Then, you take your fork and you beat that mixture until it's all blended together. Then you set that aside and melt a tablespoon--or a little less--of butter on top of the stove in the pan. Once it's all melted and coating it you pour the egg mixture in!
