[There's a boisterous bout of laughter, full of good company and power, like he could probably go full Jurassic Park and shake a glass of water with it. The tall, muscular hero has been around here and there, likely a shooting figure darting past windows, or helping keep monsters back from the wall. Be it a fire or an accident or someone getting lost, he's more than happy to leap into action to protect! Or handle crime. Either/or. He's not picky.

But today is a day for a particularly important mission, one he's going to focus on during his down time...!

He appears on the video, flashing a large and blinding grin.]

GOOD AFTERNOON, CITIZENS OF RIVERVIEW!! I am--

-- and I had, like so many of you, fallen into the portal not too long ago by accident; now that I'm here, I'm more than content with helping the good people of Riverview! And it's for that reason that I've decided to help partake in the holidays this year! This is a...

Please do bring any presents you have to Room 3 at the local elementary school! I give my thanks to the faculty for helping with this task...! And worry not about the safety of the presents; why? Because I will be here to collect them for you! I will be doing my part as well -- after all, I still have a wage from my initial arrival, and so I've been doing some purchasing of my own!

[Behind him, a mountain of different toys sits in the unused school room!!!

[Cough, cough.

Toshinori coughs into his sleeve, bundled up in a scarf and a large winter coat. He's got a number of bags hanging off his skinny arms, and looks like he's having a hell of a time balancing them all...!! At the moment he is heading over to the toy run with them -- though he's just a 'civilian' now, because... well... 'All Might' has a time limit. It's fine; everyone's able to go deposit stuff and it's been a while since All Might left the area, so it's not like he's blowing any covers here. Usually his seven feet worth of skinnyboy is enough to deter, but maybe someone will take pity on him and help where he really should have asked for it.

(... Though, notably, when he's on his way back to the community building, he'll be missing aforementioned coat and scarf.)

He's a hopeless fellow, this giant.

But it's the time for giving! And you know him. He gives 150%. So. That includes things he shouldn't give.]

[It takes an hour or two to gather up the necessary toys, but he's still got some time to pay off the loan from the cart and he's been making an alright amount now that those idiots that usually visit his cart can actually pay him so....he was actually able to get a couple shopping bags of toys. He's got them slung over his arms, stuffed full of as many as he had extra money to buy. He looks a little uncertain as he enters the school, glancing around for any sign of the guy that maed the announcement]

[It's quiet -- for a short time -- when he enters. There are some helpers associated with the school, and some dropping off to the little mountain of toys. They'll have let Chibita know that the hero known as All Might had, unfortunately, been called to other work and excused himself. One of the excitable teachers even does the pose All Might had done, mimicking hearty, proud laughter. "A hero's work is never done, as they say! HA HA HA!"

A shame! Chibita had almost met a hero face to face!

As Chibita drops everything off, another mysterious figure comes wandering in, arms filled to the brim with bags from the store as well; he looks like he's having a hell of a time balancing it all, towering over everyone with his skinny 7'3" frame and wobbling a bit like the tower of Pisa. His sunken and slightly ghoulish face is hidden behind a particularly large stuffed bear.

Look out, Chibita, he's about to trip on you, considering he can't see a thing right now.]

Aa -- I've really overdone it...!

[Chibita is, admittedly, a little disappointed that All Might isn't there any more by the time he's arrived, but it's fine. He knows the guy's handle, so he can just send him a note thanking him later. He's just finished putting the last of the presents in the pile when he notices a shadow falling over him. He blinks, frowning slightly, making a questioning noise as he starts to turn around...

...and spots the huge mound of packages about to topple over on him. And, like...listen. Chibita is all of 4' 8" maybe. On a good day. He's not really any match for this guy on his own, so instead he'll resort to a lot of panicked yelling and making an attempting to shove at the guy's legs.]

Oi oi oi, ya idjit, dammit, stop! [whether that will be actually sufficient remains to be seen, considering the guy is all of two seconds away from stepping on him.]

[... IDJIT??

Oh my goodness!

He staggers to a stop, skinny legs nearly tripping over themselves. Oh! The golden hair peeking over the top of the bags shifts as he sags sideways to try and look at the short person in his path.]

I'm so sorry, young man! I should have been more careful! I had overestimated by purchases...! [He moves to put down the startling tower of purchased toys before turning to... tower over Chibita as well. He's a skinny fellow in baggy clothing -- perhaps to try to mask the thinness that follows his skinny hands and neck, but it hardly masks the skeletal, sunken way his face looks. His dark-smudged and shaded eyes look down at him and his frown is apologetic.] You've come to deliver toys as well?

[....holy shit this guy is tall. Chibita legitimately has to tilt his head back to look at him in the face but wow this guy needs to eat a sandwich or something maybe. Not that he can continue to be pissed when the guy apologizes and even looks apologetic so] Ah...yeah. I wanted t'drop some off b'fore it closed. [he pauses, glancing off to the side briefly before back up] If you're lookin' fer All Might, he went n' left, though. [he rubs the back of his head with a small shrug]

[A-ahaha, oh, right. He can't help a humored little smile.]

So he has! He's probably a busy guy, so I don't mind. [A wave of his hand, unconcerned. Oh, but you're... shorter than even what he's used to; he sits down in a chair nearby left for visitors, his long gangly legs pulled up to not take up too much room. As a tall person, he's clearly learned the art of making himself smaller in a limited area. Just imagine him on a train. Or in a normal-sized car. It's like a puzzle!] Besides, the most important thing is making sure the children around here are all accounted for, isn't that right? There's few things sadder at Christmas than a child getting nothing under their tree...

[the guy sits down and wow that's suddenly a hell of a lot easier on his neck. But he can't help but wince a bit at the mention of kids getting nothing for Christmas]

Eh...yeah, it's nicer t'have something. And to know that someone cares enough t'do it. [he knows what the opposite feels like, and if he can prevent that for some kids, well...so much the better.] I think they'll really, really appreciate it.

[he glances at the guy again, and at his mountain of bags] Ya need a hand with those? It seems like y'got a lot.

[Aah, shucks. You're a good guy. He looks entirely pleased, more with Chibita being so thoughtful than actually getting freed of his bags.] You're too kind! I'd appreciate the hand... And I'll be sure to let All Might know you really came by and helped the kids out.

[Once he can deposit the bags safely with his help, he sits back with a hefty breath.

And then smiles a little, though it pulls a bit more wearily on his sharp, bony features.]
