So everyone knows about alternate universes now. But have they seen any strange ones?

And I mean, strange like. Is your evil alternate twin running around here? Or a good looking one (but with a beard?)

I'm just kind of curious as to what people know about alternate universes and what they've noticed about them.

[ He'll never be trusted among the heroes. It's a sore point. ]

[The existence of those would do nothing to surprise Jason. He knows how paranoid Bruce can get.]

It's not personal, Kent. They - we - are unpowered people in a superpowered world. Every precaution, right?

[ For the first time since he arrived, Jon feels the faint burn of frustration. The numerous tests he needs to take for other people's benefit, the lies, the different names he has to take on. It never ends. ]

[ Though those rules probably don't apply to Jason. His not!parents said Riverview is different and that much is clear to Jon, but this isn't his first time in an alternate reality. He'll play it safe for now. ]

I understand. But if you ever need to - I've never been one to play by the rules, and I know how to keep a secret. Maybe some day you'll be able to believe that and trust me.

Thanks. I don't know a lot of heroes yet, but I plan to!

I'm pretty sure you will - there seems to be plenty here already.

I haven't really taken a roll call, but easily more than a handful?

I thought you guys had a system.

Maybe there should be roll coll. Or a justice league.

I wasn't even a Teen Titan, I'm not sure how well I'd function on a League.

Then you should make your own team! Obviously.

You haven't heard of us, but we're called the Outlaws. Back home, anywhere. Here I got nothing. Yet.

Though I'm thinking maybe we ought to round up everyone who's kind of from alternate versions of our universe and...get to know one another. Trade notes, all that. Not a League but...a society of some sort.

How are you going to pull that off? I'm sure most of them would be hiding.

I don't even know, man. Not like I can shine a giant honking bat signal in the sky or something.

...wait. Right? Can I do that?

Sounds perfect to me!

But maybe it needs to be a mix of signals. Not everyone knows Batman here.

What are you thinking? A string of signals? Bats, Supes, Wonder Woman, Flash, the Lanterns?

Maybe something with the word Super. That usually is a giveaway for people with powers.

Oh right, 'super'. Mmhmm. Sure.

Or like Superheroes: Wanted.

Okay, fair. That could work. Though I don't know that I want to be arrogant enough to believe that there aren't, you know, worlds out there with completely unrelated heroes or something. But it's worth a shot.

[ Yeah. Jon wonders what it'll be like. Meeting other heroes. Maybe even some his age. ]
