The laugh fades, though, because she looks at the video feed for Jason's reaction and—

[He didn't know her long but it was long enough to know that woman needed help and he did promise to be her winning bet. Damian planned to keep his word when it came to citizens in need.]

[ She can operate her machinery just fine, thank you very much. In fact, she's very much tuning out Jason and Damian to focus on getting back to a good cruising speed as they work out some sort of agreement to whatever this movie night is going to end up being, and she only zones back in time for Jason's words directed at her.

There was a joke to be made about him telling her 'bite me' and her responding that she'd already had but—

Instead she just stuck her tongue out at him for that last few seconds before he hangs up, after which point Hana rolls her eyes and gives an exasperated sigh and says to Damian, ]

[Damian watches the exchange from his spot on Hana's window. Nose pressed against the glass as he stares in with slight confusion, but not trying to show it. He hated people knowing he didn't know, ya know?]

Todd's not a man. He's a jackass. [He thought they established this, come now Miss Hana.]

[ She locks eyes with Damian when he peers down into the cockpit, and she's halfway to telling him to keep his nose off the glass - but then he says what he does, and she can't help but laugh, nodding all the while. No objections here, kiddo. ]

[Damian nods, yes Miss Hana. You are getting it. He pushes up into a crouch and holding tight with a smirk on his lips. 'Bring it.']

Any combat functions?!

[He shouts down at her so she can hear him over the stomp of mech feet.]

[ Hana, for her part, is at least clearly audible through the comms of her mech. ]

Oh, you want a demonstration of those too, huh? Maybe we should go out past the wall for that!

[ Because she's not about to open fire randomly in the middle of the city. That would just be... irresponsible... ]
