[ After a few hours of failing to fall asleep, Wally gets bored and decides to address the network at some point in the middle of the night. He can get oddly reflective when he's tired. ]

For curiosity's sake, what is everyone's thoughts on time travel? I suppose it's even possible some people here might have experience with it given we come from so many different worlds.

[ He stops to release a loud yawn, before continuing on. ]

I mean, if you knew something in your past was wrong, would you go back to change it and just deal with whatever the consequences are if you could do it? What if someone told you that by going back to save their son it would save thousands of lives?

[ If one was to get the feeling he has found himself in such situations in the past, then they would be correct. ]

Or, would you simply accept things for how they are and move forward no matter how hard that might be?

That's assuming time and reality works the same here as it does back home. They said during my briefing or whatever that when I go back home, I'd return to the exact moment I left.

[ Wally doesn't know it, but he does end up with a damaged heart being implanted in his history thanks to what happens in the past with Deathstroke. ]

But I'm not really worried. Just wondering if there's any scenario where you'd consider the time travel option.

[jolting]

Makes sense. Time and reality work differently in lots of realms. Which kind of makes this argument moot, doesn't it?

[he shrugs] I can't think of anything. I'd rather focus my energy on working on my future.

[otherflash]

And what if your future isn't in this place?

[ If and when Wally gets the opportunity to return home, he's going to take it. There's too much unfinished business for him not to do it. But while he doesn't intend to spend his time here just passing through, just how much of the life he builds here matter in the grand scheme of things? ]

[jolting]

You say "if" like you're not sure we're ever going to leave.

[otherflash]

If I've learned anything from all that I've been through, it's that nothing can be taken for granted. But, if we do get the chance to go home, that means leaving whatever life we've built here behind.

[ Which makes a person's future here and their future back home potentially two different things. ]

Deciding what future to focus on can be a dilemma for some.

[jolting]

I've already left one life behind. Moving on isn't as much a dilemma to me. Nor is deciding on what to focus on from there. But I understand it's harder for others.

[he shrugs Good luck.
