I was thinking about this recently and now I'm curious. Do you believe in tarot readings? You know, the prediction of future?

And if you heard that someone saw your future and it had a chance to end badly, would you believe them? Or would you try to change your future?

They placed me at the Perimeter Center, to be one of the supporting guards. At first, my plan was to go back to Earth immediately but seeing how things are here, I cannot just walk away without doing anything.

That is what I thought too. I don't know how my powers managed to manifest here. Perhaps they reacted to the fact that I am in danger and not at a place that I consider "safe" or "home".
