[ It does sound...awful when he thinks about it. But if it's between that or changing into a monster he's not sure which would be worse. ]
Well we can control it however we want. But when I lose control it's usually do to...stress and being upset or angry.
[ Stress is the biggest culprit but lately he's been getting angry over certain things so he's not surprised it's gotten like this. ]
