[ it's late, but the stars are shining and the moon is big enough to reveal that nico is once again in the graveyard, sitting atop a gravestone as he munches some fries. his legs swing back and forth. with his mouth full, he pauses and regards the feed. ]

I've been doing a lot of thinking. Mostly about the future. So we're stuck here for five years, right? How many people are planning on staying after that? If so, why?

I mean... [ another bite of fries and he swallows this time before continuing. ] What do people miss the most about their original homes and is it enough to want to go back? If there was one thing about this place that could make you stay, what would it be?

I dunno. Anyway- Loki, I need to make sure I have Wednesday night off. And Jason, I need some advice. Also, Ed, I have a few questions about your alchemy.

[ He couldn't help a laugh before pointing back to the dressing room.]

[ and he tromps off to the dressing room. it takes a bit of wiggling to get into the damn things and he can't help but think they'd be hell to fight in, but when he gets them on... he looks at himself in the mirror and appreciates the view. ]

[ Jason was checking his messages when Nico called out, slipping the phone in his jacket he looked up and grins.]

[ Because he would laugh if he wanted. Looking over Nico when he stepped out he nodded a bit.]

Okay, walk and turn like it's a cat walk.

[ still, he strikes a pose and then walks back and forth in the pants. they're a bit stiff, but not horribly so. ]

[ Jason nods a bit.]

They look good, I'd wear them, but how do you feel in them? To tight?

Definitely not that.

[ rolls his eyes, shifting on his feet as he turns around and bends over, testing the flexibility. ]

They're not bad. I think I can manage. I just hope I don't end up having to fight in them.

Sad, models can be fun. My friend Kori was a model.

[ He pulled his phone out and then pulled up a picture Nico's way.]

And you see bending that way will definitely be a winner in those pants. As for fighting in them, you get used to it.

[ but definitely not his type, so he hands the phone back and looks down at the pants again. ]

I think I'll get them.

[ He nods, he knows Kori is a bombshell, she's been on his only-a-friend list since she shacked up with Roy, then left them both with no further contact.]

Good they flatter you, now we need to find you a good jacket and some killer boots.

Okay. Lead the way. I've never really been to this mall much.

[ He didn't even leave the shop, just moved to the other side. He didn't have to look hard to find the jacket he considered perfect, black sleek and perfectly suited for Nico as he held it over and looked down to Nico's shoes. ] There is a shoe store a few down.

[ after taking the jacket and paying for the new clothes, he follows jason outside the store. ]

What's wrong with my shoes?

Those are not your fuck-me pumps.

[ Jason said this with a straight face, moving to find something else.]

[ nico looks down at his shoes again and considers them. yeah, he wants shoes that scream "fuck me" because last time he'd done the fucking and this time, he wants to be a knockout. ]

Alright, alright. Lead the way. After all, I really do want to make an impression and TJ is... just, wow.

[ Why was Nico trusting Jason, he almost seemed like he was gritting his teeth to stay awake between drinks off coffee as he lead them towards a shop decked in all black with loud rock music coming out. ]

These will be expensive as fuck, and probably break if you wear them to work in. Be forewarned, fashion is never as good as heavy duty.

[ Though when your over two-hundred and twenty five pounds of muscle... cheap shoes arent made for you.]

[ because jason is his friend and even if jason is just barely getting by on most days, he still wants his friend's advice. after all, jason's probably had more experience with what's considered fashionable than he is. ]

I can pay for it. Despite everything, Loki still pays me more than he probably should. Besides, I don't spend my money on much else these days. But I'll keep it in mind not to wear them to work.

[ Jason's idea of fashion is a nice leather jacket, but he wanted to help even if he was growing irritable from days catching up to him. ]

You mentioned, but I'm a street kid at heart, I hate spending this much on anything that doesn't have multiple functions or kill someone.

[ he admitted as he lead them in, a perky goth looking woman started their way, as Jason's mood showed more when he glared her way before she could speak.]

We don't need help.

[ He practically growled as he moved to pick up a box holding it to Nico ]

Try these, they zip at the sides.

[ nodding in understanding, nico follows jason, but raises his brows when he growls at the woman attendant. ]

Styx, Jason. You're really running ragged, aren't you? How 'bout after this, I take you home the quick way and you crash. I'll take care of whatever you need taking care of.

[ and he takes the boots, sitting down to try them on. when the fit, he nods. ]

Think they'll look good?

I can go twenty more hours before brain damage starts, I'm fine.

[ He spoke, with a roll of his eyes like he knew best. Taking a drink of his coffee. ]

Besides, my bikes here, and I have to go to the grocery store after I get home. I forgot to yesterday.

[ He rambled a bit. Less grouchy at Nico, than anyone who he could feel look his way. ]

They look good, Niks, they'll look great with the pants and the jacket we grabbed. Go find a band shirt to finish off the look.

[ A batman shirt was on the wall, but Jason hadn't noticed it yet.]

I dunno, I'm starting to wonder if you're not already a little brain dead.

[ said with a grin to indicate he's teasing. ]

But if you're sure. I can always help you grocery shop.

[ and he shrugs, making his way through the store to find something. he notes the batman shirt on the wall, but doesn't point it out. instead, he finds a sex pistols shirt in his size and pays for that and the shoes. ]

That should pretty much cover it, right?

Been there, done that. Didn't even get a T-shirt.

[ He grumbled as he finished his coffee off. He shrugged some.]

Only if you can teleport the bike to, I don't want to leave it at a mall.

[ Jay nodded in approval at the shirt.]

Niiice.

[ Oh, look he drops a cd in Nico's arms to. The Black Parade. ]

[ blinking down at the cd, he grins and adds it to his purchase. then, turning to jason, he smirks. ]

If I can transport a forty foot statute across the world, I can transport your bike. Let me just drop this stuff off at my place real quick and then I'll be back for you and the bike.

[ and with that, he disappears into a shadow, only to return seconds later with the new jacket on instead of his usual bomber jacket. ]

[ Jason of course expected him to be longer so he was just in the act of pulling a cigarette out when Nico popped back and asked the question. Sliding the stick back in the box he slipped it back in his pocket.]

Yeah, I'm ready.
