mochi is like
made from rice thats pounded out until it makes a sticky dough
you form the dough into a round cake and fill it with stuff like red or green bean paste or sometimes chocolate or custard
whatchu writin down

To be honest, I don't even know what to ask. We don't have anything like this technology where I'm from, or quite so many big buildings.

Food seems to be the only thing that makes much sense, I guess that's universal, huh?

Hmm. It's big. We don't have lights like this, only things like candles and lanterns that require oil or wax. If you want to get anywhere, you ride a horse, take a wagon, or walk. We don't have anything like that... I forget what it's called, but the fast thing people use to get around, you know the one?

automobiles in general i guess
man i dont know what wed do without those
i didnt have one back home though

It's definitely convenient. I think I'd miss it if I went back home, to be honest. And I don't think anyone would believe me if I told them about it...

maybe you could take pictures though
im sure there are cameras around here

That's possible, but do you think they'd do it justice? It seems like something you have to experience to even think it's possible.

like take one of you actually riding in it
and then take a second video showing it in motion
