[ Two network posts within a month of each other? From Kylo Ren? Must be a special occasion!
Anyway, Riverview's resident space goth is making a post today for business reasons, not tantrum reasons, even if he obviously appears troubled. But like, it's Kylo. He always seems at least a little conflicted, troubled, and/or angry. ]
I'm looking for new members to join the Prometheus Salvaging Team. [ He says that with some reluctance. THE TRUTH IS: he's got to fill in some gaps, particularly because he still can't actually go into the field again until he gets his medical clearance.

The work will take you outside the wall on behalf of Prometheus Labs. You must have adequate combat and survival skills-- which you'll be tested on-- and the ability to follow directions. If you're interested, send me a message.

i was an addict. booze, drugs you name it. complete rock bottom. i think my worst point was trying to get killer croc whos a 'bad guy' back home to beat me to death because i was sick of it. didnt work. obviously

[ How does one react to that? Once upon a time, he likely would have scoffed, immediately written Roy off as another weak-minded fool. But from the little time he's spent with him, Ren knows that isn't true. Such a knee-jerk assumption would make him the fool, not Roy. ]
I'm glad he didn't succeed. For what it's worth.

not down to me or anything. that 'bad guy' became my aa sponsor (if you dont know that one its a program for recovering from addiction) and now im clean. straight and narrow. not easy but it happened.

well you know what i have to offer. bet you could kick my butt but i got nothing against that.
it was less 'mercy' and more a swift kick in the ass. metaphorically feeling. i mean i cant say id have gotten much satisfaction out of buttkicking someone as down and out as i was either.
not sure the exact time. more than a year. been hard on the wagon lately. a lots been going on. but i have no plans to fall off anytime soon. sobrietys too important.
