The immediate effects of malicious magic can be undone, but there are side effects that will NEVER go away.

It's a little hard to think of them as fairy tales when I know them personally, though.

And to answer your other question, yes. Malicious magic can be undone. I've seen it done before.

It's torture, you know. Keeping yourself awake to exhaustion. [Not that he used to do that or anything.] Makes a mess of everything eventually. Are the dreams that bad, milord?

The world has a way of showing that it won't be ignored, no matter our intentions. It sounds as if you did more harm than good, despite having good intentions.

Haunted? By nightmares or by your mistakes?

I'm a religious person, so I suppose that could be considered fairy tales to some.

Many cultures have beliefs surrounding curses or malicious magic. Whether or not they can be removed and how they are depends entirely on the culture itself. Some only end because of the death of the targets. Of course, this is mostly just stories.

You know all of them? There are a great deal of fairy-tales in the world! From the far East to the West, humans like to create fanciful worlds and beings.

You must learn to make as much peace with what's happened as you can. That's the only way to get a night's sleep that won't leave you more tired in the morning than when you laid down.

It's not belittling it. Religion is filled with lessons and stories. It's the core of it, the faith, that matters.

Neither. I just happen to live in a town along with people who are known in fairy tales and popular legends and so on.

I'm sure there are other ways. I just know about True Love's Kiss because I've seen it work.

Curses are real, fairytales are not.

Malicious magic can be done if you become more powerful than the malice contained within.

Your best is the only thing that you can give in that situation and the most that anyone can ask of you. Anything more is unreasonable.
