[ The recent events have prompted Stan to be rather more quiet and reclusive than he is normally and he's even been mostly ignoring those he knows well. Too many things were reminding him negatively of Derry and he didn't particularly like facing that fear.

But it's about time to talk about something, anything. ]


If you had to guess, what do you think would be the most likely way you’ll die?

Had you asked this some weeks ago, I would have said either burned alive at a pyre, or tortured to death by witch hunters.

Alternatively; bored to death in a rotting cabin in the middle of nowhere, my flesh gnawed by bedbugs and other filthy, disgusting creatures.

[ It's audible in Keira's tone she considers all those ends ignoble and not at all what she deserves. An affront, really. But her voice lilts cheerfully after a brief moment of contemplative silence. ]

Now, though? I really couldn't say, to be honest with you. Huh. Food for thought, I suppose!

Got it in one. Well, a sorceress. Any hedge mage conjuring up cheap slight-of-hands and reading fortunes from tea leaves may call herself a witch. [ A soft hmph of amusement follows. ]

But sorceresses are trained in the ways of real magic. At least it is-- [ she falters slightly. ] ...Well. Was, so where I come from.
