Ah, this might be a strange question.

[has that ever stopped him before? nope. but the fact that he acknowledges that such a thing is even possible counts for something.]

I was curious about tattoos, and if you have them, why you got them. I know some people like pretty things on their skin, and I think that's fine. Your body's the only thing that's really yours, right?

[though minsu's been through his share of those as a shape-shifter, he's finally settled on one that has meaning to him. too much so to cast aside.]

But does anyone have one that's really meaningful to you? Like something you really wanted to make a part of you forever.

I have something like that now, and I thought I'd look for a place that does them after work.

I have one. It's got meaning to me even if people don't see it all the time. I think the best thing you can do is find a good artist and talk to them about what you want. They'll probably have some good ideas.

It's not really a secret, it's just normally covered.

I keep writing the words, but I always mess a letter or two up. I've filled two pages with it so far.

Thanks! And yeah it did, it hurt like hell. Anywhere it's close to bone it hurts like a bastard, honestly. I nearly broke my friend's hand when we went.

Or so he says anyway.

And wow, that's a lot. Maybe the right artist will have a good hand for it. Or maybe you can get someone important to write things down, that's cool too.

Well, I'm a writer, so the pen. And I like the birds a lot, and think that good writing makes you fly away.

So no, not really a secret. Just something I did when I graduated college.

You already have, probably. I work for the news service and I'm one of the few people here so if you've read news? There's a really good chance it's me.

Nope! One of the interns does that.

Ooooh. I bet you write the serious stuff, the pages for smart people.

I wouldn't say they're for smart people! I just tend to write the investigative pieces because it's what I do!

Have you always liked things like that? Mysteries and things.

[11calls]

[The question makes Alex laugh softly:]

Oh god yes. Loved them as a kid, mysteries and ghost stories were always something that I ended up having in my backpack or purse in case I got bored somewhere.

[Alex got bored easily.]

But my Dad is a cop, so it just makes sense.
