[ Well... THAT'S A BIG QUESTION THAT MAY OR MAY NOT INDICATE SOME DEEP SADNESS IS AFOOT.

Or maybe it's totally flippant. Tone can be so hard to read over text-- doubly so when the texter-- textee?-- is anonymous. ]

Like in general? Or in the immediate... now...

I guess if I said the point's whatever you make it, it's kind of a cliche huh?

Or is 'there is no point' the bigger cliche? (i don't believe there's no point FYI!! I don't think i've ever been on board with existentialism

IS that existentialism?

i've also never been on board with philosophy i guess)

Oh yeah, exactly! And I'm REALLY not equipped to handle any 'meaning of life' questions, so i might as well let cliches speak for me.

[ But like... okay, that's a serious question that merits a serious, thoughtful response, so here's Jeff doing his best: ]

I guess it helps to find something to put yourself into. I don't mean a hobby exactly, or another person. More like a cause or a passion? Something that'll help you get to know your community, however you might define it.

That's what I did when I was taken from my people and dropped here. It was get out and make new connections, or isolate, which never leads to anything good.
