I know this is a weird question coming from me, but do you have any suggestions regarding self-defense weaponry and training?

Since these monster attacks are escalating around the Quarantine, I'm worried that my Garchomp will get hurt from fighting them in terms of their strength and I want to know how to defend myself if she's incapacitated.

Yes. You can do so by battling it using your own Pokemon.

But if you befriend it and the Pokemon can trust you, you can capture it without having to battle.

And you just regularly make animals fight so you can get... more?

Well, it depends on the trainer and the Pokemon they want to catch.

But if you don't want to engage in a Pokemon battle, you can keep them as pets instead.
