somakemelaugh[Your friendly neighborhood mortician/barista is here, grinning like a loon, hat absent, and he seems... jittery, fingernails taptaptapping the table in front of him in a continuous rhythm. It's almost as though he's had a bit too much coffee. Which he has.]
[He has, and he has lived to regret it, and now he is fidgety and restless and sitting down was probably the worst thing for him at this point. Oops. Forgive his hurried speech.]
It was suggested to me that I test a wider variety of our product at the Coffee Shop than I have to give recommendations based on more than past experience, which for me is more outdated than most of you would care to shake a stick at. I'm well aware. I'm not a fan of coffee, but for your sake, I tried it anyway.
[He makes a face and quickly shakes his head, though the expression is gone almost as soon as it appeared.] I'll say it will deeeeefinitely keep you wide awake, but I'm still not a fan. So sweet. What's the appeal, other than the caffeine aspect? That has to be it, otherwise there's a serious sugar addition going on in the future. The pastries aren't selling this well though and they're plenty sweet. Hm.
