Threadjacking: Always okay!
Fourthwalling: Absolutely! This applies to either familiarity with Belonging or just general knowledge of superheroes/mutants/etc.
Off-limits: I really dislike heavy descriptions of eye gore, teeth-pulling and de-gloving. They can happen in threads, would just prefer they are brief. Otherwise I have no limits I'm aware of.
Shipping: Absolutely! Jamie is bisexual and open to anyone 16+, although he gravitates toward older men. Fair warning that Jamie will likely cheat on his partners and weasel out of boundaries set in his relationships, regardless of how much he cares for them.
Tag style: I default to brackets but I'll match my thread partners.

Hugging/Kissing: He's not amazingly comfortable with hugging, but he's always happy to get kissed.
Flirting: Absolutely! He will flirt back with pretty much anyone - he's aware of how pretty he is, and he likes knowing that other people agree. Fair warning that he's likely to get pushy - he assumes sex is what people tend to want from him, and he wants it too, so he figures he's just saving everyone's time.
Romance: Jamie is taken by his lovely girlfriend Janet, but that doesn't mean he won't fall for anyone else. It might be more difficult than it would be with his adult form, but it is possible for him to fall for someone new if they give him the right sort of attention.
Fighting: Absolutely! Jamie is ready and willing to fight anyone at a moment's notice, and while he doesn't have a ton of experience in real combat his powers and martial arts training more than make up for it most of the time. I'm down for either plotting to pick a winner, rolling dice or just winging it to see where they end up. Fair warning that superheroes and people of a similar power level will have the best chance of beating him.
Injury: Always okay! In games I prefer a heads-up if any injuries are going to affect future threads, in memes anything is fair game.
Death: Also okay! Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. (In memes we can just kill him that's fine.)

Jamie is prone to sexist, transphobic and homophobic language and is willing to say pretty much whatever pops into his head to get a rise out of others. He's not quite as dangerous as he will be when he's an adult but he's still willing to kill or torture others or strong-arm them into sex (which, he will not do any of these without player permission). Interactions with him will include mentions of alcohol/drug abuse, animal abuse and self-harm. Close CR will also likely include mentions of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, child grooming and suicidal ideation/attempts. Jamie comes from a futuristic version of Boston, Massachusetts. Within his world, a relatively new and poorly-understood phenomenon has caused some humans to be born with powers - some, like Jamie's, are incredibly powerful and well-suited to their user, while others can be actively dangerous or deadly to the user. In his own words, "not every fire-starter is fire-proof". Non-mutants (mundanes) are extremely distrustful of mutants, which means that most mutants who can't hide their mutation end up in low-grade or illegal work. Jamie is one such criminal - he was raised by a gang leader, and he's never been very good at masking his powers, so while he's currently trying to change his life around he's been really struggling to keep his hands clean and keep himself fed at the same time.
First impressions of Jamie are that he's incredibly shy, anxious and bad at talking to people. He clams up whenever anyone asks about his past, and he can be surprisingly pushy when he wants something - plus, his power set makes it very dangerous to tell him no, and he knows it. But get him talking about music, motorcycles or his girlfriend and he'll brighten up immediately. Plus, he's always down for a fight - in fact, it's one of the quicker ways to make friends with him.
Jamie has been hopping from job to job, struggling to keep one for longer than a week before getting fired for visible power usage. It's made him incredibly frustrated with the way his world is, but he's still trying his best to be a functional member of society for the sake of his mundane girlfriend. He's far from perfect, though - he's already a chain-smoker and a barfly, and he's been sleeping with older men to blow off steam on a regular basis. This attempt at a normal life is not going to last, and to some extent he knows that, but he sure is trying to enjoy it while it's here.
