I noticed other new arrivals asking after their friends. While I could do that, my friends are generally difficult to miss. The Krogan ones especially.
The welcoming party and I had a bit of a go and that landed me nowhere. Sooo I figure maybe someone can help a poor guy out and show him where he can crash? Maybe even find something to eat that won't kill him?
That last one might be a little much to ask for.

[Don't resist. It just makes it easier to go along with all of this new stuff being thrown at him.]
Ironic timing. Someone mentioned sending me directions to a store.
[Hey, there are worse ways to spend your afternoon.]

[ Congrats, Garrus is a lot nicer than any of the other sentients in her galaxy that humans have run across so far. Not that Anderson's interacted with any of them; that's expressly the territory of the Space Corps. None of them have made it to Earth, thankfully. She's more than a little curious since all she's heard is stories.
A little more openly sarcastic, ] Rendezvous at 1400?
[ There's definitely worse ways. ]

Yeah. A little obvious now, huh?
[He's not a great example of the Turian race though either. Garrus isn't all about following orders exactly as they are issued if it impedes him from doing his job.]
1400 sounds good. I'll be the big guy in blue.

Took me a second. Non-human sentients haven't reached Earth yet, so I've never met one.
Short blonde woman with a gun, [ she answers readily. ]

[Soooo many mistakes there. However, Garrus thinks he can manage to find a blonde woman with a gun.]
How short are we talking? I mean humans in general are kind of small things.
[Yes he is teasing again.]

In an openly dry tone, ] Practically microscopic. Don't worry, you'll see me. [ He's really getting her sense of humor out of her. ]

[Looks like it is going just about as well as it did for them.]
Hopefully I'll see you. Could just as easily step on you.
do you want to stay in-thread or go to a log?
I can fend for myself. See you there, Vakerian.
whichever you prefer
