i dunno. science. a different way of enjoying food. it's not my style but there are methods from molecular gastronomy that can be applied to other ways of cooking.

If a crime happens and you don't report it, or if you say something hurtful and you don't try to make amends, can you really say that no one else is being affected? Being self-centered doesn't stop you from impacting other people's lives.
