So... um... a lot of people here have weird silly nonsense powers. How did you know, um, that you had any? Or what they do? Or how to make them do what you want?

And did they make you tired all the time?

Powers tend to just happen. Sooner or later you learn how to make them happen when you want them to, but when they first show up you won't get much of a say in the matter.

I've already got someone super smart to test what I can do, and he's also used to people being able to do... things.

He didn't say mutant, he used a different word. But if that doesn't work you're totally... an option.

I know trusting a stranger is among the top stupidest things to do. Especially when you're giving out information on how your powers work - people can always learn how to use them against you.

The name's Dodger. I'm guessing from the username you're either in middle school, or in high school but from a decade or so before mine. So I'm not gonna press you to trust an adult stranger. But if the other guy doesn't work out, I'm around.

Also, smoking is only bad in the sense Lola's thinking if you care enough to fix how you smell. Dodger decidedly does not.]

I'm still working on this whole 'not using everything people say against them' thing - figured you'd be good practice since I got nothing against you. And probably won't start to. [Which is said in a weirdly calm and blunt tone.] Anyway, I'm not trying to sell you anything, just wanna try doing some good. Haven't gotten many chances lately.
