Draco looks a bit uncomfortable but puts on a good front, smiling. The camera isn't all that steady as he holds it at first. He's not used to this.]

Hello populace of Riverview. I am Draco Malfoy and I have recently accepted the position of Community Ambassador. As such I wanted to greet all fo you, and was informed this was the best way to do so.

[Time to make yourself seem more approachable now, Draco...]

Forgive me if this isn't the best use of this means of communication, I am still learning. I will look to you all for guidance in the coming days as I learn about our city. It is my goal to help all new arrivals as well as everyone in residence currently. I want to see our economy grow and our new home prosper.

Please, do not hesitate to introduce yourself to me. Also, please come to me with any concerns or issues you may have. I will endeavor to try and help you either myself, or at least get you in contact with those who can. I look forward to working with you all.

[Another smile appeared on his lips, seemingly genuine. And really, it is. More genuine than the first as he gained more confidance as he spoke. Easily falling into the role of a public speaker. It wasn't all that different from the way he'd been educated in and the circles he had run in before. It also helped that no one here knew him and his past.]

And how will you help? Can you fix the portal?

[Not a question Draco had anticipated, but he presses on nonetheless.]

I am afraid I wasn't aware the Portal was broken. It is a natural phenomenon with its own little quirks that they navigate to the best of their ability, from what I have been told. However, if it is indeed broken I am afraid that is beyond my capabilities. However, there are officials more directly involved with the workings of the portal who may very well be able to assist you in any concerns you may have. Should I help you get in contact with them?

It's run by magic of some sort and people can't get home. If you can't help, then it's not likely you're going to find someone who can. Most of us have been trying.

No, but perhaps someone with more information? Though it sounds as if you yourself have been working on this issue. I am not entirely sure I can find someone to provide additional information, but I can try. What avenues have you already taken for additional information?

Spoken to people with strong magic that might be able to work at the portal, but it's not been easy going.

Anyone at the Research Facility, by chance?

A few. The different Stephen Stranges seemed to have tried. Loki of Asguard (the younger one) didn't have any luck. Even I haven't had any luck and this is usually something I'm good at.
