[The video feed starts and at first you see a wall, then the camera moved until it is focused on Draco Malfoy. Hair combed into place and his appearance neat. Though out of the camera's view is a different story...

Draco looks a bit uncomfortable but puts on a good front, smiling. The camera isn't all that steady as he holds it at first. He's not used to this.]

Hello populace of Riverview. I am Draco Malfoy and I have recently accepted the position of Community Ambassador. As such I wanted to greet all fo you, and was informed this was the best way to do so.

[Time to make yourself seem more approachable now, Draco...]

Forgive me if this isn't the best use of this means of communication, I am still learning. I will look to you all for guidance in the coming days as I learn about our city. It is my goal to help all new arrivals as well as everyone in residence currently. I want to see our economy grow and our new home prosper.

Please, do not hesitate to introduce yourself to me. Also, please come to me with any concerns or issues you may have. I will endeavor to try and help you either myself, or at least get you in contact with those who can. I look forward to working with you all.

[Another smile appeared on his lips, seemingly genuine. And really, it is. More genuine than the first as he gained more confidance as he spoke. Easily falling into the role of a public speaker. It wasn't all that different from the way he'd been educated in and the circles he had run in before. It also helped that no one here knew him and his past.]

I have been to Russia, however I do not believe to that particular area. I do agree that travel is nice, and scotland is certainly beautiful. I am finding, though, that this place has its own beauty as well.

A bit, but not for very long. I hope to remedy that in the future.

How do you prepare for monsters?

[ This is a genuine question. Maybe his Britain was significantly removed from her own. Or maybe not.. Ka-Zar was a British peer, wasn't he? ]

The real kind, I mean. Not the metaphors we use, when people do things we can't explain.

That's not the kind of monster I mean.

then I am not sure what you could possibly mean. Though, now I think of it, I believe I remember in my first year in school muggle born students claiming magical beasts as monster. Perhaps that is more what you mean? Beasts that are simply not your normal species?
