I'm guessing you're referring to earth. I am -- to a degree.

My earth is just different from some of the usual. Mainly in a particular part of the world -- Japan, that is -- where you have Alter users like me.

Essentially, an Alter is a small fraction of Earth's population born with a mysterious capability for deconstructing and reconstructing materials around them using their minds! For me, I can construct faster-moving, stronger vehicles.
