[ he's been scrolling through the network for much of the afternoon, mulling over various threads and the content within. while there were more pressing questions he could no doubt ask instead, it was better to start off small and inconspicuous. right? right. ]

Rather than toss another bewildered introduction into the mix, I thought I would pose a question instead. Several, in fact.

1. What were your initial reactions to your new home?

2. How do you feel about your situation as it stands now?

3. What do you do to pass the time?

1. It isn't so bad. It was surprising to show up here suddenly.
2. It is comfortable. Not always interesting.
3. Work.

Better boring in some respects than too exciting.

What manner of work, if I may ask?

With what exciting means here... yes. True.

I'm a DJ here. And run entertainment at a few clubs, as well.

With luck, I may be able to enjoy said entertainment one of these nights.

What kind of excitement do you refer to?

Definitely do. Many find it relaxing.

Things happen from time to time. And there's some interesting creatures outside these walls.

"Things". What are some of these "things", for instance? Just off the top of your head.

Some people were made younger. Others...older. That sort of thing. And I'm generally careful about what I eat or drink unless I know 100%
of what's in it.

Do these things happen on frequent occasion? How often need I watch my drink?

Not too often. But...I like to minimize any possibility.
