Voice/Action C-c-c-combo! A Chill Day.
VOICE. USERNAME: T.YAGI
Oh -- here we go --
[Some mild shuffling, sorry! Getting used to how everything runs here. He clears his throat]
Hello, nice to meet everyone here; my name is Toshinori Yagi, but most just refer to me as Yagi. I'm not that used to being unfamiliar of the community I'm in, so -- if you'd be willing, I'd love to know what sort of establishments or sights you have to visit around Riverview. Something to keep me occupied, and all; I just can't help but stay in motion and familiarize myself with everything.
I guess I can consider this a vacation from my usual... busybody work. For now.
ACTION. | HOSPITAL
[Firstly, he needs to get his medical junk in order. He's not fond of how reliant he is on doctor trips he's been the last five years of his life, but things change -- self-care, albeit shoddy, is a good priority to have. He supposes he'll lie about how he got his old injury, or... maybe he can find a doctor he trusts with the truth. Recovery Girl had been such a relief to have around, and he misses her already. That said -- office visit is a-go, and waiting rooms are not uncommon to him anymore.
Reason for visit? Blood tests to monitor his levels of -- well, everything.
When he leaves, he pit stops to the pharmacy for the usual -- injections, chewable vitamins, iron supplements. By the time he's heaving out, he's got a hefty paper back with the cute little Rx in rolling letters on the front.]
ACTION. | PARK
[... Toshinori jogs. He's got a little track suit -- er, a long track suit for a long fellow -- and he's just casually jogging. He doesn't last particularly long, and he finds himself sitting to rest nearby, where all the boys and girls are currently clustered to play on the equipment. It's pretty nice here, all things considered; he'll rest up, keep a watchful eye out for any danger. Some of these kids are out on their own, after all! They could use the neighborhood watch.
It always pays to be observant.
One of the young boys rush over to him, eyes wide and curious. He's got a sort of apprehensive aura about him, a ball under his arm and a preparedness to bolt if things go sour. Plucking his fingers from his mouth (you're way too old for that, my boy), he says firmly:
"You look like a ghooooul!"

Toshinori nearly falls off the bench, sputtering blood.
A GHOUL!?

Are you okay, mister?
[ park ]
I'm entirely fine, my boy! Just resting.
[Also trying to cope with looking like a ghoul, but he'll get there.]
That's an interesting friend you've got.
Re: [ park ]
You sure? It looked like you were bleeding.
And thanks. Her name is Annie.
[ Annie ducks behind Jon with a soft keen. She doesn't get out of the house much. ]
[ park ]
Just a side-effect of an old injury. It's nothing to worry about.
... Annie seems a bit shy, doesn't she? Fear not, Annie, my girl!
I'm as harmless as a scarecrow! All looks and no bite, you see.

It's a rare afternoon that he's running without headphones, though- but Yuri had forgotten them at home, even though he had been sure he'd tucked the little earbuds into his bag before leaving that morning. Kind of pissed him off, actually. So instead he was left to the music of his own grumbling, trying to retrace what might have happened to his earbuds. Maybe the cats had dragged them out of his backpack before he'd gone out, or maybe Otabek had borrowed them (even though that seemed highly unlikely, seeing as how the other had to have had at least a dozen pairs of his own, and all probably a hell of a lot higher sound quality than Yuri's) or maybe he had lost them, which was a horrible thought.
Needless to say, the teen wasn't in the best of moods to begin with.
The outburst caught his attention, wincing at the high voice of a shouting boy, addressing someone as a- as a what? A ghoul? The absurdity of the statement had Yuri turning his head to pay more attention, laughter sputtering out between his lips as he slowed down, and got a better look at the scene. ]
The kid is right! [ Yuri 'tch'd softly, snorting beneath his breath and shoving his hands into the pocket of his leopard print hoodie, before stomping closer and sneering. ] You look like you've got one foot in the grave already. You sure you should even be out here without a nurse? [ Maybe he has one, maybe the dude is a little senile and has wandered away from his caretaker- Yuri huffs, looking around for anyone who might match that description. ]
[park] 1/2
Aaaa, how rude!
[park]
I can assure you I'm very much out of a grave.
[He explains to the little child as well:]
Sometimes people have health problems that give them funny appearances, my boy.
... And even if I were a 'ghoul' -- a nice ghoul should be treated nicely, right?
no subject
[ Yuri doesn't wait for an answer, before huffing out a breath and shoving his hands into the front pocket of his hoodie, rolling his head forward once more to look at the other properly. (He almost wishes he hadn't.) ]
Seriously though, you were bleeding all over the damn place. You uh- should I call a doctor, or some shit? I probably know a guy.
no subject
Perhaps he masks his 'kindnesses' with aggravation and brutish responses. Or maybe he's a butthead.
Maybe all of the above.
He pulls a handkerchief and wipes his mouth, as he's done many times in the past five years, feeling a little more self-conscious about the act -- and his current look, of course. The child's already gotten bored of the two of them, and has settled for rushing back over to his friends.]
... I had gotten injured some years ago, but I'm not in any danger, young man.
I see a doctor regularly.

You're lucky I managed to catch this post! I've been to a ton of places around here. Whatcha interested in? Restaurants? Shops?
audio @d.va
I'm interested in... well... just about everything. It's important to know the place you live in, isn't it?

I'm not much for gambling, but that actually sounds like a lot of fun to have here.

Yeah, and a strip club would be nice. I enjoy the atmosphere and sights there most of the time.
[ There's probably one of those? Maybe? But he's going to play a game with this guy. ]

[It's legal, strip clubs.]

I've heard pole dancing is actually a very difficult skill to master!

It's a little too
much of a spotlight on an overall
obvious
figure.
[He's tall and skinny and awkward looking, you want him on a STAGE.]

That's... quite a bit.
[ Also hello, but he was distracted. ]
[pharmacy]
He looks between him and the bags he has in hand, smiling with a wince.]
Oh, well, you know. I have to be vigilant about my health...
It's nothing to worry about, though.
[He tries not to push himself too far; that's good enough, with this.]
no subject
If you're sure.
[His lean frame and the haul of medicine make Steve worry. He can't help wondering about what that means for Yagi.]
Can I ask you something personal?
