Some people like them plain, some with salsa, some with hotsauce, some syrup.... other recipes - where you make the eggs different - you'll make a sauce but they're good as is. I'd say taste it and see if you like them as is, if not go by what taste you'd like at the moment - salsa if you want a variety, hotsauce if you want spice, cheese if you like cheese. That's the nice thing about eggs you can go by your own tastes and they're kind of simple.
