So Christmas is a big thing back home. People start celebrating practically at the beginning of the month and on into next month. Tomorrow is the actual day. Normally it's one to celebrate with family, but you know what. I have no actual family here so I wanted to extend the offer to anyone who wanted to join.

Tomorrow I'll be making Christmas dinner and anyone who wants can come up and grab a plate. Stay a while if you want, but its not a requirement.

Thanks. I hope it is. It's gotten so lonely spending Christmas alone and we're better connected here so I wanted to at least offer.

Not a year. I haven't celebrated with my family in years even before arriving here so I figured it was time to do something. Since I usually am lonely this time of year.

I know how you feel. I feel like it has been centuries since the last time I shared a dinner with my family. (Oh wait, it has been centuries!)

Feels like that too for me. It hasn't been centuries, but its just one of those things.... Time always seems to be going slower when you are wondering what could have been.

Christmas shouldn't be a time for that. It should be for something better.

I think so except some vegetables. I wanted those to be fresh and not sitting for days. If you can think of anything else, I wouldn't say no.
