[As for who did, Lucy doesn't want to say, because it then makes her think back to the last conversation she had with her step-grandmother and how the curse won't be broken.]

Doesn't matter...I don't think the curse can be broken.

[ That's such a weird thing to hear. Later, Jefferson might not be so surprised. He had known Regina before she was the Evil Queen, after all. He remembers her being kind and soft-hearted.

Until he helped create a monster out of her.

But right now, all he can remember is her screwing him over, yet again, keeping Grace out of his reach again and again. To imagine Regina as a hero just doesn't compute right now. So he just makes a face at that and moves on. ]

All curses can be broken. Just... not always in the ways we'd expect.

The only way for the curse to be broken is for my mom and dad to kiss. [Because True Love's kiss can break all curses.] And Henry....he left Hyperion Heights, and my mom kissed someone who she believes is my 'dad,' but he's my cursed dad.

Yeah. True Love's Kiss. [ YEAH, he knows all about that. He also knows that it's not just romantic love that can break a curse. Emma proved as much when she finally lived up to her role as the savior. Jefferson shakes his head. ] Henry's your father. [ He swallows. God... He misses Grace. He should have run to her when he had the chance, the second he flipped the table and bolted away from Charming.

Now he's here, and she's out of reach. Again. Again. His voice cracks. ] He'll come back.

And he left. He didn't even say goodbye or anything.

[Which means...he's not coming back. So she failed.]

[...Lucy just stares at him. She wants to believe him, but....right now, she can't. After learning Henry left, and seeing her mom kiss someone else...she really doesn't think the curse can be broken.

[ Jefferson goes quiet, his way-too-expressive face showcasing far more guilt than he intends to. And then, he swallows up his nerves and asks: ]

Do you think... If he came back, could you ever forgive him?

[There was a moment of silence with Lucy not moving, almost as though she didn't hear the question. In reality, she's trying hard not to cry. She does miss her mom, her dad, Regina, and her Aunt Sabine.]
