[A bright, blinding light fills the sky. After a moment, the outline of six big wings can be seen against the horizon before the owner of said wings...falls. She hits the ground, leaving an obvious dent in the pavement.]

Returned...? [Her voice is remarkably unfazed.] Setsuna...is dead? [That must be the case. Otherwise, why would she be...here?] The cycle has been broken. I am myself again.

[She sits up and looks at the sky, her expression conflicted. She touches her abdomen, closing her eyes.]

He is with me.

[Brushing off the rubble, she stands up and extends her wings to their full extent - and, then, as soon as they are fully visible, they begin to fade.]

Quarantine, I am the Organic Angel Alexiel and I require information. Tell me everything you know about the moon.

[Her gaze falls on the recording device and she picks it up, blowing the dust off of the screen.]

Do not fear me. I have no desire to harm you. [She cares deeply for humanity in actuality.] How can I help?

I am. [It's an understandable reaction and Alexiel meets the shock with a small smile.] I'm not a threat to you.

It's okay. I didn't think you were. It's just... We've had a lot of exposure to demons in my world, but never an angel.

I am familiar with demons. Some of them do not deserve the name.

What do you mean?

[Alex sounds just a tad confused there.]

Some demons are truly evil and malicious beings. Yet others are only tortured souls.

Oh. Huh. They're different than the demons from my world, I think. Ours are definitely not tortured souls. They're barely humanoid.

If they are barely humanoid, how can you understand them? Many that I know can shift their shapes anyway.

They've never spoken to me, actually. Normally they talk to kids honestly.

Why would they speak to children?

To control them, and to turn them into surrogates.

Demons who possess children are nothing but cowards.

They're nothing but monsters.

Maybe. I'm not good at giving up on anyone.

I don't know if I think people who prey on children like this should be saved.

I must agree, though I am fond of some demons.

So they're not all evil then?

I don't believe so. Some of them are brave and loyal.

Really? Demons?

There is a race that resided in the upper levels of hell. They are technically demons, but they are more like humans. I am fond of them.

How many levels of hell are there in your world? Is it like Dante with the seven levels there?
