[ Roxy hasn't been here long, but she's been busy. Almost since the moment she got here she's been looking up anything she could find about her people, the Jinn, or anything even close to them. There are some interesting leads, and her favorite by far is the funny pattern in the stories of wishes always seeming to come in threes.

Why three? Why not two or four? She could grant twenty if she wanted, or none if she didn't like them. It being so arbitrary is kind of cute, though. So she decides to go with it. ]

If you could have three wishes right now, what would they be?

What if you had to pay for them? Just a little! Just in something like, you have to go find your own spoon for your banana split.

That's why I said small things. They're easy to pay for, see? If you wanted something bigger like being able to fly you might have to pay for that by not being able to walk. That's just kind of how it works.

To be totally honest, I need people to make wishes. Then I can grant them and the energy from that keeps me going. So if you're okay with maybe not having a spoon, you could send me your location and I could grant that right now!

(Not again. This all seems a bit far-fetched though, so Alyssa only pauses for a moment before she resolutely turns location services on in the messaging app and sends another text through. The worst that can happen in this situation is that she doesn't get a banana split.)
