So like, I've been in Riverview for nearly a year now, and fuck if it doesn't have some people from interesting worlds! I've made some rad friends.

Me, my brother and the rest of our team are kinda experts at multiplanes and jumping between worlds, and since I'm bored as hell, here's a survey about the different worlds here and what you got in them. I mean, most of the people I've talked to are humans, some form of extra-powers humans or super extra humans plus, but their worlds don't have elves or dwarves or even halflings?

The world I'm from had like.. hundreds of different kinds of species of people. I've seen some around here, but still I wanna know more.

Edit: as an addendum, I come from a world with magic, and magic is dangerous, though not evil. I've elected to simply choose 'yes'.

It's rather dangerous, yes, but I don't have to worry about anything silly and restraining like "spell slots", I believe they were called.

Spell slots are pretty restraining, but I'd be fucking scared for the world if we didn't have limits like that.

I suppose a world is limited as it needs be. Those born with the ability to wield magic are a stanch minority in mine. As I understand, anyone can learn the craft in your world?

Ooh, I get to choose! Coincidentally, that's my favorite job.

Yeah, they can if they study hard enough. Then there are those that are born with an innate source of magic, and they can just use spells without all the hard work. Plus we have like, clerics that get their magic from their gods.

I pegged you as a person with a good taste in wine, so it's a win-win scenario.

So, some mages are born and others are made. Is one more powerful than another? Are there various schools of magic?

Then you have very discerning judgement. I shan't disappoint. When would you care to meet?

That's like, a huge question and I don't think anyone has an answer to it yet. But there definitely are different schools of magic!
