[Cable doesn't waste much time signing in to Riverview's network, opting for audio as a means to announce himself.]

New arrival to the Quarantine. Name's Cable. [He pauses for a moment. He's checking stuff out as he roams around, both in the scenery and the network itself. He's been in different periods of time and has been dumped randomly in places before. So excuse him if he sounds fairly casual about all of this.]

Guessing there's no known way out of this place, right? [At least they aren't restricted to just the city/town by the look of things. A little exploring might do him some good, then.]

[Ah, there it is. That honesty. Just one of the many qualities of Cap that commanded respect. It's okay Steve, he already knows. He looked at the public records/comm posts to see if there were any familiar names on it.
