[ And then there's Peggy Carter and a native nurse who has apparently made the mistake of trying to open and hold the device for her. It's enough to get her chased out as the woman struggles to sit up. On her way out, the nurse does take a few bloodied bandages with her. ]

Well, turns out one can get promoted in their absence.

dunno. the hospital is kinda worse than the getting hurt part, far as I'm concerned.

I didn't mind the food though.

been in the hospital a lot I guess, but mostly at the mercy of a field medic. far as this moon place goes, I've been here maybe three days and been in the hospital the whole time. it sucks!

apparently they're keeping me for two weeks to make sure I'm not a carrier of the rash, so it's gonna take FOREVER.

anyway I'm on the perimeter guard. they're going to promote me to captain again once I learn how to use the modern weapons and drive.

ppks are great especially for semi-stealth work if you've got something to muffle the blast, but I prefer an ar-15. if I'm gonna break my cover and use a gun it better be a big one, you know?

Where would you hide it, however? Seems much to big to fit a purse.

ah, the kinda stealth I do isn't really uh. visual. trolls and giants are usually too dumb and miserable to recognize a gun by sight, it's all about the sounds for them. mostly. depending on the troll.

I've never owned a purse. are they useful in cities like this?
