Hi Riverview! My name's Gabby and I'm new here! I was in New York before. The one with the superheroes. And now I'm here! Unfortunately, I think I lost all my stuff? And my caseworker kind of freaked out when I gave her the list, so maybe you guys can help me!

I'm missing my MAC-10 machine pistols, nunchucks and knuckle busters. Anyone knows where to get those? Oh, and a proper bullet proof suit.

Have you considered joining the Perimeter Guard's cadet corps? You would at least be able to use the firing range.

There are youth programs, yes. Prep for entering the Guard proper, which not everyone necessarily needs, but it's their compromise between enlisting kids and not allowing them in to the Guard at all.

If you're as strong as ten men, it's the eleventh that will get you. [ There's just a hint of a smile at that, and she shrugs. ] It's valuable to learn to work with a team.

But yeah, we don't really do team ups that often.

Probably has something to do with the whole test subjects experience.

I had it too, but my sisters took care of me.

But just because you're bad at teams doesn't mean you can't learn to be better.

I mean, I'd like to. I certainly wouldn't mind.

What's it like?

We practice at the shooting range, hand-to-hand combat, and run the obstacle courses whenever they're not in use. We're also allowed to take non-lethal ammunition to check the fence's perimeter.

[ She gives a tiny smile. ]

And sometimes we do things just for fun, like going to the amusement park.

[ A pause. ]

You may be old enough for regular enlistment as a cadet, depending on your experience level. I serve in the Perimeter Guard proper, under the supervision of my CO. I can't promise anything in that regard, but it might be worth trying to find out.

Honestly, that sounds pretty great!

[ it'll keep her busy and fighting fit. which is good because gabby gets bored easily and is used to a hectic lifestyle. ]
